I think that is what I miss the most, the cuddles. He would cuddle up with me in bed every night, his little head nuzzling into my shoulder or under my chin. I miss that terribly, but my other little ones are starting to cuddle up to me a bit more now that he is gone… slowly moving in on his territory.
This is still a very fresh grief…Time will heal the pain and the good memories will remain

3 weeks isn’t that long. Of course you are still sad. My Grandma told me once that when someone we love deeply dies, the hurt never goes away….you just cry less often. I know this to be true because my Mom dies 15 years ago and it still feels like yesterday. I try to remember all of the wonderful moments and try to remember that things are better for her now.
